ABOUT OUR WIGS
What are your wigs made of?
All of our wigs are made of a premium quality synthetic fibre (henlon) that is hand knotted onto a transparent lace.
Why synthetic wigs?
Excellent question! Synthetic wigs are not only a whole lot more affordable than human hair wigs, they also require a lot less maintenance.
Am I able to style a synthetic wig?
You most certainly can! We recommend using steam to restyle our wigs over heated tools as heated tools can cause damage or melt the strands if too hot.
If you are using heated tools it is important to keep the temperature at around 110°C (230°F) to reduce the risk of damage to the fibre. We do not recommend using heated tools regularly on synthetic hair.
Always patch test on a small, inconspicuous area of the wig before proceeding with heated styling.
Also please note, some of our wigs are cut in a way that optimizes the style it comes in and changing the style may not be suitable to the cut of the wig.
Is my wig meant to shed?
It is perfectly normal for a little bit of shedding initially, however, if you are experiencing excessive shedding it could be caused by a number of reasons. You may be pulling the wig too hard while brushing or using the wrong kind of brush etc.

How long will my wig last?
This is all dependent on how well you look after your wig, how often you wear your wig etc.
Keep in mind, our wigs are synthetic and are therefore not designed to withstand every day wear.
With the right care you can keep your synthetic locks going for years.

Can I combine discounts/promo codes?
Unfortunately not at this time. Promo codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer so cannot be combined with any mark down or other promos.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We try to fill orders within 2-3 business days of purchase, however, during peak periods please allow for a longer waiting time.
Can I cancel my order?
Providing that your order has not been shipped you may cancel your order by contacting us at hello@wigbox.com.au. You will receive a full refund of your order.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post and will take 3-4* business days for delivery depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation.

I have received the wrong order
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at hello@wigbox.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a return label and resend your correct item.

We are not currently taking custom orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.
