Change of Mind Returns
You have 7 days from day of delivery to return your item(s) for a credit note should you change your mind. To be eligible for a credit note items must be returned in new condition (ie. the wig must be unworn, unbrushed and the lace must still be intact) and include all original packaging.
Please be very careful when selecting these items as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
Postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Wigbox.

Providing the items are in new condition, once your order has been returned to us we will process your return and you will be issued with a credit note within 1-2 business days.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date.
Please note that any item(s) purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
If you believe your order has arrived faulty, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your order number as well as photos of the fault so we can assess the issue.
If your item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping. We will provide you with a shipping label for you to return your item free of charge.
Once your item has been returned to us we will refund your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Please note that damaged or faulty items will only be accepted providing they are in new condition (ie. the items must be unworn and wigs must have the lace still intact.)
Wigbox is not responsible for any damage during wear.
In the event that the parcel is uncollected and returned to us, Wigbox will deduct any postage fees that occur from the amount to be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds normally take 1-2 business days to process, however, please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Please note any late or missing refunds for purchases made through third party companies will need to be contacted directly through the third party business.
