Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept refunds or exchange for change of mind on any of our wigs, ponytails or hair accessories.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your order has arrived faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at hello@wigbox.com.au

Please ensure to include your order number as well as any photos of the fault so we can assess the issue.

If your item is faulty you are entitled to a full
refund of the purchase price excluding shipping. We will provide you with a shipping label for you to return your item free of charge.

Once your item has been returned to us we will
refund your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Please note that damaged or faulty items will only
be accepted providing they are in new condition (ie. the items must be unworn and unused).

Wigbox is not responsible for any damage during wear.      

ABANDONED PARCELS

In the event that the parcel is uncollected and returned to us, Wigbox will deduct any postage fees that occur from the amount to be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds normally take 1-2 business days to process,
however, please note that processing times may vary depending on your
bank. 

If you are expecting a refund and have not received
it please contact us at hello@wigbox.com.au so
we can assist you.

Please note any late or missing refunds for purchases made through third party
companies will need to be contacted directly through the third party business.
