SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high
volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for processing.
If we expect a significant
delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.
All orders are dispatched through Australia Post.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic Orders:
All orders made within Australia will receive free standard shipping over $50. Any order under will incur a $9.95 postage fee.
International Orders:
All orders over $250 (AUD) will receive free shipping.
All orders over $350 (AUD) will receive free express shipping.
Please note: all prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes or other customs charges that your order may encounter upon arrival to its destination. All international duties, taxes or other custom charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Charges vary depending on the country of destination, so please contact your customs agency officials regarding taxes and duties (if any).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24
hours.

DAMAGES AND LOSSES
Wigbox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact Australia Post to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
